This Privacy Policy explains what information MM2 Empire ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run a marketplace for Murder Mystery 2 items.

• Account data: your Roblox username, Roblox user ID, display name, and avatar image, collected when you verify your account.
• Contact data: your email address, if you choose to add one for notifications and account recovery.
• Transaction data: deposits, purchases, sales, trades, cashouts, balances, and related records.
• Integrations you configure: such as a Discord webhook URL for sale notifications.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics events that help us understand how the Service is used and diagnose errors.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Your card or bank details are submitted directly to the processor and never touch our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations, amounts, and the identifiers needed to credit your account.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in (authentication tokens), to remember your language preference, and to operate core features of the site. We use analytics (PostHog) to measure feature usage and capture errors so we can fix them; analytics data is pseudonymous and tied to your account ID, not your real-world identity.

• to operate the marketplace: process deposits, sales, trades, and cashouts;
• to deliver items via our in-game bots;
• to send notifications you have enabled (email or Discord webhook);
• to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations;
• to improve the Service through aggregate analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (payment processing, email delivery, analytics, hosting), when required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. These providers may only use your data to provide services to us.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account; we will delete or anonymize your data except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord support channel.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
