Terms of Service

MM2 Empire ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade virtual items from the Roblox game Murder Mystery 2 ("MM2"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MM2 Empire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Murder Mystery 2. All game names, item names, and related imagery are trademarks of their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with the Roblox Terms of Use.

You sign in by verifying ownership of your Roblox account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately via our Discord support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification (such as email or two-factor authentication) for certain actions.

You may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, or rewards is prohibited.

The Service uses an on-site balance denominated in coins, where 100 coins equal one US dollar (1 coin = 1 cent USD). Coins are a prepaid closed-loop credit usable only on MM2 Empire. Coins are not money, do not accrue interest, and have no cash value except as expressly provided in the cashout process described below.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card or bank details. Deposited funds are converted to coins at the stated rate at the time of deposit.

When you sell an item through the Service, your account is credited in accordance with the price and fees displayed at the time of sale. Cashouts of eligible balance are subject to a 5% processing fee and a $5.00 minimum, and may be subject to daily limits, cooldown periods, and identity verification. Cashout availability depends on our payment processor and may not be available in all regions.

Item deliveries and pickups are performed by automated bots inside Murder Mystery 2. You must follow the on-screen trade instructions. Items traded to our bots outside of an active, instructed transaction may not be recoverable.

You agree not to:

• use stolen payment methods, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or launder funds;
• buy, sell, or deposit items obtained through scams, exploits, or duplication glitches;
• use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Service (other than our own delivery bots);
• exploit bugs in the Service — report them to us instead;
• abuse promotions, referral programs, or reward systems;
• harass other users or our staff, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in cancellation of transactions, forfeiture of balances obtained through the violation, and suspension or termination of your account.

Virtual items are licensed digital content within Roblox and remain subject to the Roblox Terms of Use. We do not guarantee the future value, availability, or tradability of any virtual item. Game updates or actions by Roblox Corporation may change or remove items, and we are not responsible for such changes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Where reasonably possible, we will give you the opportunity to cash out any legitimately obtained eligible balance before account closure, subject to the cashout requirements above.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM2 Empire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or in our Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
